How do you use methi seeds soaked overnight? Soak a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds (methi dana, vendhayam in Tamil, uluva in Malayalam) in water at night and drink the water in the morning: that is the nuskha countless Indian households follow, especially those keeping an eye on sugar in the diet.
