About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from Asian Basket Foodstuff Trading L.L.C (TRN 104836748400003), Shop 1, Dr. Mustafa Building, Oud Metha, Dubai, UAE, whether ordered on this website, by WhatsApp, or in store. By placing an order you accept them.

Prices and weighed goods

All prices are in UAE Dirhams and include 5% VAT. Loose items (spices, dals, dry fruits and similar) are sold by weight at linear per-gram pricing; the weight you select is the weight you pay for. Packed items are sold per unit as described. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch, in which case you may cancel for a full refund.

Payment

We accept card payments (processed securely by Stripe) and cash on delivery. Your order is confirmed when we accept it, and for card orders when payment is authorised.

Delivery

We deliver across Dubai (standard same-day 4 to 6 hours AED 12.50, express within 60 minutes AED 25, free standard delivery on Dubai orders over AED 150), and same-day to Sharjah and Ajman (AED 33). Free in-store pickup is available every day 10am to 10:30pm. Full details are on our Delivery, Shipping & Returns page.

Fresh and perishable items

Fresh dairy and perishables must be checked on delivery. Please refrigerate them promptly; we cannot accept returns of perishable goods once delivered in good condition.

Returns and refunds

If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or below our quality standard, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund it, your choice. Refunds for card payments are returned to the original card via Stripe; cash orders are refunded in cash or store credit.

Product images are illustrative; natural products vary. We may update these terms at any time; the version published at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and the courts of Dubai.
