What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, email, and order details. If you create an account, we store your login and order history. Card payments are processed by Stripe; your full card number never reaches our servers. Cash-on-delivery orders involve no card data at all.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver your order, contact you about it (including by phone or WhatsApp), process payments and refunds, meet UAE tax and accounting obligations, and improve the store. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with: our delivery riders (name, address, phone), Stripe (payment processing), and Odoo S.A. (the platform hosting this store). These providers process data under their own security and privacy commitments.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that keep your cart and session working. These are functional, not advertising cookies.

Retention and your rights

Order records are retained as required by UAE VAT law (currently 5 years). You may ask us to correct your details or delete your account at any time by contacting us; we will comply except where the law requires us to keep transaction records. This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
