Delivery, Shipping & Returns

We want your groceries to reach you as fresh as they leave our shelves. Here is how delivery, shipping and returns work at Asian Basket.

Delivery

• Standard delivery across Dubai, in 4 to 6 hours, is AED 12.50.
• Express delivery in Dubai, within 1 hour, is AED 25.
• Same-day delivery to Sharjah and Ajman is AED 33.
• Free delivery on every Dubai order above AED 150.
• Orders below AED 30 are in-store pickup only.
• Deliveries are made during our shop hours, 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM, seven days a week. Orders placed outside these hours are prepared and sent out in the next available delivery slot.

Shipping

• For orders beyond our local delivery zone, we work with trusted courier partners to bring your order to you safely across the UAE.
• Shipping times depend on your location. Our team will confirm the expected timeframe with you when your order is placed.

Returns & our freshness promise

• Every order is hand-picked and checked before it leaves the shop — we only send what we would happily put in our own kitchen.
• If anything arrives in a condition that falls short of the quality you expect, please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Simply send us a photo of the affected item on WhatsApp or by email, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. No fuss.
